SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS & COACHING
CASE STUDIES
Study 1: Profound Change
After years of daily caregiving and total focus on a loved one, this client had progressively neglected to give herself any level of priority at all. Directly connected to helping her loved one be well, she always found a myriad of valid reasons not to shift to, or honor, her own needs.
With one on one guidance, we pulled apart the salient issues, delicately shifting her priorities through, at first subtle changes, then larger ones. Today, she continues to reach out regularly to underscore how much lighter, clearer and better she feels about herself and her surroundings, finding a healthy balance and a well-rooted, at ease self-confidence.
“As a new business owner launching a design firm, Lieve was one of the first people I called to help clarify my purpose and find my footing. Lieve moves through life with purpose and joy, and effortlessly helped me find ways to do the same in my own business. Lieve has an innate ability to build confidence in others, and truly finds joy in others' success. Anyone would be lucky to glean from her coaching and experience!”
-Amy Hadley, owner Hey Now Interiors
Study 2: Should I Do This?
When at the edge of a career change, many of us become unsure about our decisions. Such was the case for this client, seeking to embark on a more rewarding path.
Through continuous one on one guidance, we determined the why's, what's and how's, enabling a shift in headspace. This in turn allowed us to sharpen and highlight asset skills, creating a clear path for success. Now in growth and expansion mode, this client continues to work with me to define each step-change ahead.
Study 3: How To Build It
Though we may think we know what a path will look like, a surprising change may drastically throw us off kilter. This client thought they were headed in a particular direction, but when that path turned out not to be viable, we worked together to regroup and redefine where success might lay. Through ongoing counsel, this client continues to adapt toward successful outcomes.
Study 4: Ready To Begin
Stuck for several years on where to even begin, this client experienced the dread of continued false starts. Feeling that one step left her unsure of the next, she struggled to lean into the bigger picture.
Through hands-on direct guidance, we formulated a solid plan in which to overcome this issue. Using a bite-sized, phased approach, we implemented roll-out change, creating a harmonious and inspired environment in which to feel fully empowered and ready to tackle any new, more adventurous steps.
