Whether front or back, outside or in, all spaces should be used when it comes to a home. By designing this room as a piano and library space, I gave it a new found, long-term, purpose. Floor to ceiling custom built-in cabinets, provide reading for all types of curiosities and age levels. A beautiful collection of art, awaits future additions as a way to enhance the musicality of the space. Beautiful custom window treatments, frame the view, bringing the eye to admire each new detail brought into the space.
A PLACE FOR ALL
Gathering around a multi-functioning and custom expandable dining table, my client is now ready for lots of time spent with her big family. Children and adults of all ages can linger, enjoy and create memories in this space.
Perfectly appointed with unique pieces and a hand-painted mural to carry into many years ahead, I’ve mixed Brutalism with abstract expressionism with ease. A table runner painted with the children of the household, meets my preference for always creating a way for children to be a part of a space.
